As per the latest update, the departure of travellers from India is suspended until May 31 unless they stay for 14 days in some other country before arriving in Dubai. The eligibility criteria from India to UAE are as follows:

Travellers who hold a passport from the country can obtain a visa on arrival, and it’s free of charge for a stay of 30 days in UAE. If you want to receive a visa on arrival, you should have a passport valid for at least 6 months with one blank visa page. You should have held the proof of sufficient funds. The visa processing time is 4 to 5 working days, excluding Fridays and Saturdays, and it will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
